This website (“www.mypetstory.in”) is owned and operated by My Pet Story , having its registered office at C1103,PVC1,Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram-122018 (hereinafter referred to as “My Pet Story”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies published on the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • All prices are listed in INR.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

Promotional codes:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless specified.
  • Codes cannot be applied to already placed orders.

5. PET SAFETY DISCLAIMER

At My Pet Story, your pet’s safety is extremely important to us. However, all pet products — including toys, accessories, collars, bows, chew items, and enrichment products — must be used responsibly.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pets should always be supervised while using toys or accessories.
  • No toy is indestructible.
  • You must select products appropriate for your pet’s size, chewing strength, temperament, and play style.
  • Worn-out or damaged products should be removed immediately.
  • Small parts may pose choking hazards if detached.
  • Decorative accessories (bows, clips, etc.) are not chew toys.
  • Edible chews and treats should be given in moderation and under supervision.

My Pet Story shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries caused due to misuse of products
  • Damage resulting from aggressive chewing
  • Allergic reactions specific to your pet
  • Failure to supervise your pet during use

It is your responsibility as a pet parent to ensure safe and appropriate use of all products.

If your pet shows signs of distress, irritation, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a veterinarian.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload viruses or harmful code.
  • Interfere with website functionality.
  • Use the website for the benefit of another business.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. TAXES

You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc..

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACT

Placing an order does not automatically mean acceptance. A contract is formed only when:

  • Your order is confirmed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud

If cancelled after payment, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

9. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
My Pet Story does not store your card details.

Cash on Delivery (if applicable) is available subject to serviceability.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by You

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15–20 working days depending on bank timelines.

Cancellation by My Pet Story

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including logos, text, graphics, product designs, images, and branding is the exclusive property of My Pet Story.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our platform. Use them at your own discretion

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • That products will meet every individual pet’s needs

18. TERMINATION
